Driving NV car without registration. What is the penalty?

 

My car won’t pass smog and I get work done on it with every paycheck, but it is taking a long time to get it fixed. I’m using it as my daily driver with no registration. Will my car be impounded if I am pulled over?

Also: I got fed up and had an illegal smog done. The DMV caught me and now I can only get a smog done at the NV DMV office.

    They will impound your car and you might get arrested because you already got popped for an illegal smog
