my driving lisence is revocke for driving without insurance?
i call the Dept. of motor vehicle driving improvement and i was told that if i pay the $750 for the penalty and the tickets owe my lisence was going to be good for driving again. I pay everything and i just received a letter that tells me to take every test againg in oder to get my driving lisence again.

And what is your question? If you’re asking if you have to follow what they require to get your license, of course you do.
You paid what you owed, now follow up with part 2 – take the course(s), exam(s), etc. Driving is considered a privilege” not a right.
Do the right thing.
Did your license expire while you were paying the 750dollars? If you allowed it to expire, then you have to retest and redrive.Had you paid the debts, prior to the license expiring, you would simply renew, but you didn’t do that, or so it seems.
