Also loud music.

They can be charged for allowing an unlicensed driver drive their car, and allowing someone to drive a vehicle without insurance. The insurance one maybe, the unauthorized driver one, not likely. If the car was insured and there just wasnt any proof in the vehicle, talk to your friend and get it. It is, however, your legal obligation to make sure the vehicle is registered and insured before you drive it. As far as for you, the fines arent cheap, and they can hold your license until you are 18.
fix it ticket.
the insurance is a small fine and a fix it ticket.
get a license, and as a minor be cautious as you will put restrictions on your license when your an adult by your current actions.
The courts are after folks whom lost their license from DUi’s etc more. Your just acting dumb is all. If you get in an accident, your now what your questioning, a criminal.
no insurance is probably a 100-200$ fine. New initiative will probably toughen up the law. source:http://www.iii.org/media/hottopics/insurance/compulsory/
