What do you think of mandatory auto inurance?
Before anyone asks, yes I am insured fully. I was just wondering if you though it was fair or not to be issued a high ticket for not having liabitity. Don’t you think your own insurance should pay for damages. Keep in mind that YOU are paying them every month.
No one answered the question about their OWN insurance policy? Don’t you think YOUR insurance should pay for YOUR damages (medical and the car). You are paying them for coverage.
I am all for mandatory insurance, if everyone has it then at least the resto of us don’t have to pay for the hospital bills of the injured. I am not real concerned with the damage to the car, what the insurance is meant to cover is the physical injury and hospital bills of the innocent driver when someone makes a mistake and causes an accident.
I thnk there should not be a trafic ticket for driving without insurance, because then they just get into the car and drive away, still without insurance. The car needs to be towed and only released when the owner shows proof of insurance.
